2007 --- This was our Alaska count-down year; we'd been talking about going to Alaska since going cross-country in 2004, our camping/square-dance friends (Paul & Karen) planned to go in 2005 but we said we'd go, too, if they could wait until the next year.... which became the next-next year!

Here you see just one of the two water falls from the glacier... then, Fannie & Karen, on the trail...
The trail leads to a viewing platform, beyond which we walked on the rocks at the base of the falls.
